Ordering
No — KandibyKelton is a supply store only. We sell the beads, packs, and accessories so you can make your own kandi. We will never sell pre-made or finished kandi pieces. The making is the whole point.
Yes! Each product has color options you can select. If you want to order multiple styles or colors together, simply add each to your cart individually. We also offer Bead Packs which include a curated mix of colors and styles at a discounted rate.
Yes, we offer bulk pricing for larger orders. Contact us through the Contact page with your requirements and we will put together a custom quote for you.
Products
All of our beads are 3D printed using high-quality PLA filament. PLA is a durable, plant-based plastic that is safe for everyday wear. Our beads are printed to order so every batch is fresh.
We carry a wide range of PLA filament colors including vibrant rave-friendly hues like hot pink, teal, purple, yellow, and more. Check individual product pages for the full color selection. New colors are added regularly.
Our standard kandi beads are sized to fit standard elastic cord. Check each product listing for exact dimensions. Most are compatible with standard 1mm and 1.5mm elastic cord.
Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to filament batch variation and monitor calibration. We do our best to keep photos accurate. If you have questions about a specific color, contact us before ordering.
Shipping & Production
All beads are 3D printed to order. Current production time is 2–5 business days before your order ships. You can track your order live on our Production Tracker page to see exactly where your beads are in the queue.
Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days after your order ships. Expedited options are available at checkout. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will either replace the affected items or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition. Because our products are made to order, please contact us before shipping anything back so we can issue a return authorization.
Contact us through our Contact page or email us directly. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
