How PLUR Points Work

PLUR Points are KandiByKelton’s rewards currency. Points may be earned through purchases, product reviews, promotions, or other eligible actions announced by the store.

Purchase points are earned on the price of the items you buy, after discounts, at your rank’s rate. Shipping and taxes don’t earn points. If items are refunded, the points they earned are removed. Your rank is based on all the points you have ever earned, so redeeming points never lowers it.

Review Points

You get 5 PLUR Points for a review of a product you ordered from kandibykelton.com, and 5 more when the review includes a photo of that product. Each product earns review points once per account, whatever the rating. Reviews with links, email addresses or phone numbers earn points once those are taken out. Review points count toward your rank like purchase points, and stay yours if you later edit or delete the review.

Redemption Tiers

Current redemption tiers are:

• 100 points = $5 off
• 250 points = $15 off
• 500 points = $30 off
• 1,000 points = $75 off

Rewards may be issued as store credit or another approved reward method chosen by KandiByKelton.

Rank Perks

Your rank follows the points you have earned in total, so spending points never lowers it. Each rank gets these perks:

• More points: Bead Collector earns 25% more points per $1, PLUR Creator 50% more, and Kandi King / Queen double.
• $5 birthday store credit (every rank): added to your account on your birthday, once a year. Add your birthday on your account page; it can be added once, and changes go through us. The credit is given when your birthday has been on file for at least 30 days and you have at least one paid order.
• 48-hour early access (Bead Collector and up): new designs marked early access can be bought by these ranks for their first 48 hours, before everyone else.
• Free US shipping on orders of $10 or more (PLUR Creator and up): applied automatically at checkout to standard shipping, based on the order total after discounts, while you are signed in.
• Free 75-bead Surprise Pack on orders of $50 or more (Kandi King / Queen): one free 75-bead pack per order. Add it to your cart and it becomes free at checkout.
• Priority printing (Kandi King / Queen): your printed beads move ahead in our print queue. Processing estimates and carrier delivery times still apply.

Using Rewards

PLUR Points may only be used by the account that earned them unless we approve otherwise. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the store.

Abuse & Adjustments

Abuse, fraud, duplicate claims, chargebacks, or misuse of the rewards program may result in points being removed, rewards being canceled, or account restrictions.

Program Changes

We may change, pause, or end the PLUR Points program, earning rules, redemption values, or available rewards at any time. Any changes will apply going forward.

Use of PLUR Points is also subject to our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy.
