Nope, we only sell supplies. We'll never sell pre-made or finished kandi. Making it is the whole point.
Charms are printed to order: an order with any made-to-order item takes an estimated 3–5 business days before shipping, and ready-to-ship-only orders take 1–3 business days. Signed in, your order page shows its progress as it prints.
Yes. Reach out to us first with your order number. Most problems get fixed fast, usually without sending anything back. Returns are handled case by case. See our Refund Policy.
There's no automatic bulk discount, but we work out pricing for large, wholesale and custom orders one order at a time.
