Because our items are custom made, we keep our policy simple and fair.
Returns & Exchanges
All products are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is an issue with your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, weβve got you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will gladly:
- Send a replacement
- OR
- Issue a refund if needed
Order Issues
If something doesnβt look right with your order, reach out. We want to make it right.
Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled shortly after being placed. Once production begins, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order is marked delivered but you havenβt received it:
- Check with neighbors or your local post office
- Contact us and weβll help guide you through next steps
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

All items are made to order. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel fraudulent orders, or deny refund requests that conflict with this policy, our Terms of Service, or our PLUR Points Terms.
