We respect your privacy and only collect what we need to run the store and support your order.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, create an account, or contact KandiByKelton, we may collect your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number if provided, and your order details.
With an account we also keep your PLUR Points balance, rank and order history, and your birthday if you choose to add it (it is used only for your birthday store credit). If you order something custom, we keep the messages, names and files you send us for that order.
Card payments are handled by Shopify's checkout and payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.
We may also collect device and browsing information such as your IP address, browser type, and cookies to help the site function properly.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to process and fulfill orders, send order and print-progress updates, run PLUR Points and birthday credit, respond to customer service requests, prevent fraud, and improve the shopping experience.
We send marketing emails only if you sign up for them, and every one has an unsubscribe link.
Sharing Your Information
We share information with the services that help us run the store: Shopify (our website, checkout and payments), payment processors, shipping carriers, our email tools, our rewards app, and the analytics and advertising tools connected to our Shopify store. We may also share information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Some US state laws treat sharing browsing data with advertising partners for targeted ads as a "sale" or "sharing". You can opt out of that on our Your Privacy Choices page.
Reviews
If you write a review, we show your rating, your review, any photo you add and the name you choose next to the product, so anyone can see them. Photos are stored with our store's files on Shopify. We use your order history only to confirm you bought the product and to give you review PLUR Points. Reviews copied from our Etsy shop come from Etsy without the buyer's name, sometimes with the photo the buyer added there.
Cookies & Analytics
Our site may use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart active, remember preferences, and better understand how visitors use the site.
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising for that browser. Browsers' older "Do Not Track" setting has no common standard, so the site does not change its behavior for it.
Children's Privacy
This store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
How Long We Keep Information
We keep order records for as long as we need them for taxes, accounting and order questions, and account information until you ask us to delete your account.
Your Rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your personal information, or opt out of targeted advertising, by emailing us. We may need to confirm it's really you first, and we will never treat you differently for asking.
Store Terms
By using this site, you agree that information submitted through the store may be used as described here and in our Terms of Service. We reserve the right to update this policy as the store grows or legal requirements change.
