Every order is made with care, and we want you to know what to expect before your package heads out.
Processing Time
Most orders are made to order and processed in the order they are received. Production time may vary depending on order size, current volume, and custom details.
Priority Queue
Orders that include Priority Queue or eligible rush upgrades may move ahead of the standard line when applicable.
Shipping Methods
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout based on your address and order size. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed once the package is in transit.
Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent by email. Tracking updates may take a little time to appear after a label is created.
Lost, Delayed, or Delivered Issues
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors, household members, mailrooms, and your local carrier first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll help guide you through next steps.
Address Accuracy
Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Store Terms
Once a package is in the carrier’s hands, delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, or other transit issues are outside our direct control. Shipping timelines, production timing, and support are also subject to our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
